Amazing new Web Developer Tool - Aptana
Imagine taking one of the best IDE's around (eclipse) - ripping out the non essential stuff like java editing tools - packing in javascript code assist and other snazzy web developer features (like actions) and you get a really snazzy new web developer tool on the scene. I'm really suprised that there is not more buzz about this tool - it really simplifies the task of getting a Dreamweaver like IDE up and going for free!

I'm sure there'll be more buzz when it hits 1.0, but for now it's buggy as hell. (Most annoyingly, it's currently impossible to edit files when "wrap long lines" is turned on.)
But it's still a godsend. I've wanted a copy of Eclipse without the Java cruft for a long time.
Nice--two Andrews to respond to!
Andrew W.--Thanks for pointing people at Aptana. We're excited about the positive feedback we've been getting.
Andrew D., thank you for reporting the word wrap issue in our bug tracker. Unfortunately, we're wrestling with a native Eclipse widget problem there, so we have some workarounds left to do. I'm happy you're using it, and please file every issue you find as it will help us make it better that much faster.
