Interactive fiction is having a bit of a comeback - especially with the advent of sites like this. It's like a mmorpg crossed with an interactive fiction novel. Sounds interesting to me. Going to give it a try tonight and Ill update this post with my findings.
This is an interesting app - imagine if you had two or more computers next to each other, you can set them up so that you only have to have 1 mouse and 1 keyboard, and it creates a shared desktop between them... neat idea.
I added a health, experience, and magic bar to the ui last night. Not hooked up to anything yet, but every day something new :)
I made another update to the Unlimited Realms laszlo client. Tonight I added a little fighter character in the map view. You can even move it around via the arrow keys. Cool!
As I mentioned yesterday, I'll be doing tiny edits to this page linked above just about every day as I can. Perhaps if I can take a single step every day something interesting will happen. This is url where you will begin to see the realization of this idea.
