Set up the settings here and then add the "message" after you have pasted the object ...
The height is a default of 20px, but you can make it taller if you need to.
Be sure to put some leading space on your message or else when it "cycles" the
user can't read the first word fast enough. On mac hit option space to
add non-breaking space. (pc?)
